GTM Recruiter, EMEA

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing collaborative workspace technology company expanding their EMEA presence. Our talent team is seeking a GTM Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across go-to-market functions, with primary focus on Sales teams throughout the region.

This role partners directly with senior leaders to build exceptional GTM teams while maintaining rigorous standards and an inclusive candidate experience. You'll work from the London office on anchor days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across EMEA, from initial sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines across multiple European markets
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, coaching them through structured interview processes and calibration
• Design scalable hiring plans with consistent evaluation frameworks while adapting for regional nuances
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, People Operations, and business partners to align talent strategy with organizational goals
• Leverage recruiting technology and AI tools to improve process efficiency and deliver market intelligence
• Champion recruiting best practices and ensure a high-quality, thoughtful candidate experience at every touchpoint

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments, specifically within GTM or sales functions
• Demonstrated success identifying, engaging, and closing exceptional talent across various seniority levels
• Experience coaching hiring managers on structured interviewing while maintaining high talent density standards
• Proven ability to build diverse candidate pipelines and guide inclusive hiring practices
• Exceptional communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and strong relationship-building capabilities
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, dynamic settings with shifting priorities
• Interest in leveraging AI and technology to enhance recruiting workflows (preferred)
• Fluency in an additional European language (nice to have)
