GTM – Healthcare

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client in their search for a GTM - Healthcare professional. This role offers the opportunity to build and scale an emerging healthcare vertical within a fast-growing prediction markets platform.

As the owner of the healthcare and medicine category, you will drive market coverage, liquidity, and growth across all channels—organic, paid, and affiliate. You'll work with complete autonomy to bring every relevant healthcare event to market, from FDA approval decisions and drug trial readouts to major conference data drops and public health milestones.

Responsibilities

• Own the healthcare vertical end-to-end: market creation, liquidity strategy, and growth initiatives
• Identify and launch markets on FDA approval decisions, PDUFA dates, Phase 1/2/3 trial results, ASCO/AACR announcements, biotech binary events, and pandemic milestones
• Drive organic growth by engaging BioPharma Twitter/FinTwit biotech communities, r/biotech, clinical trial trackers, and healthcare newsletter writers
• Develop paid social strategies and create static and video assets for Instagram, TikTok, X, and Reddit
• Recruit and manage affiliate partnerships with biotech YouTubers, FinTwit/BioTwit influencers, and healthcare content creators
• Think creatively and move fast to capitalize on community conversations and emerging healthcare events

What We're Looking For

• Deep passion and knowledge of healthcare, medicine, and drug development cycles
• Relentless work ethic and founder-level energy
• Ability to take full ownership and figure out complex problems independently
• Creative thinking and willingness to experiment with unconventional growth tactics
• Understanding of biotech communities, clinical trial processes, and regulatory milestones
• Experience with social media marketing, content creation, or community building is a plus
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
