Growth & Operations Intern (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential climate technology organization based in München that is pioneering innovative carbon capture solutions. Our talent team is seeking a Growth & Operations Intern to support commercial development and go-to-market initiatives in this fast-moving deep-tech environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone interested in understanding how climate tech companies build market traction, engage customers, and navigate regulation-driven industries. You'll work directly with commercial and technical teams on real projects that impact the business.

Responsibilities

• Support go-to-market and business development activities across the sales pipeline
• Structure and maintain CRM data, sales funnels, and market intelligence
• Build AI-enabled workflows and automations using tools like Claude to support operational efficiency
• Prepare materials for client outreach, meetings, conferences, and RFPs using tools including Figma
• Create briefings, slide decks, and summaries for both internal and external stakeholders
• Jump in on operational tasks beyond core communications work as needed

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in business, engineering, natural sciences, economics, or related field
• Strong interest in climate technology, carbon removal, energy systems, or industrial decarbonization
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation workflows, or demonstrated curiosity to apply AI in commercial contexts
• Analytical mindset with ability to structure information clearly in both written and presentation formats
• High ownership mentality and comfort working in fast-moving, unstructured environments
• Prior internship experience in startups, consulting, sales, or venture is valued but not required
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in München
