Growth Marketer (Funnel & CRO; w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer supplements organization that needs a skilled Growth Marketer to own and optimize their entire conversion funnel. Your work begins the moment a visitor lands on site and extends well beyond their first purchase.

You will be accountable for one core question: how do we extract maximum revenue and profit from our existing traffic?

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing the complete conversion funnel from landing page through product page, cart, checkout, purchase, and retention
• Identifying and prioritizing conversion leaks across all touchpoints
• Developing hypotheses and executing systematic experiments to improve performance
• Running A/B tests on landing pages, offers, product pages, and checkout flows
• Optimizing user experience and on-site messaging strategies
• Analyzing data from analytics platforms, heatmaps, session recordings, and customer databases
• Improving average order value, conversion rate, and revenue per visitor
• Developing and optimizing upsells, bundles, and cross-sell opportunities
• Building a structured growth experimentation process from the ground up
• Driving business outcomes such as conversion rate improvements, revenue per visitor increases, and enhanced customer lifetime value while maintaining profitability

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who combines analytical rigor with execution speed. The ideal candidate brings:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, conversion rate optimization, or e-commerce
• A genuine passion for numbers and deep funnel analysis
• A track record of running experiments, not just creating reports
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodology and statistical significance
• Ability to connect customer psychology insights with user experience design
• Independence in developing and prioritizing hypotheses based on data
• Advanced analytics skills and comfort working with complex datasets
• Agility to shift between strategic thinking and hands-on implementation
• Focus on business impact and profit metrics over vanity metrics

Bonus qualifications include experience with Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, VWO, Optimizely, or similar optimization platforms.

This role is based in Hamburg with flexible remote options. Relocation support may be available for exceptional candidates.
