Group Product Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthtech organization seeking a Group Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for their patient engagement platform. This fully remote role offers the chance to shape the future of specialty healthcare technology used by millions of patients nationwide.

Our client operates in the healthcare SaaS space, partnering with medical practices to streamline patient journeys and administrative workflows. As a senior product leader, you'll set vision, leverage AI-driven development practices, and build a high-performing team while working closely with engineering, sales, and customer success functions.

This position reports to the VP of Product and requires U.S. work authorization. Our client cannot sponsor H1B visa holders for this role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product leadership to define and communicate product vision and roadmap priorities
• Leverage AI tools to design, prototype, and accelerate feature development
• Use data analytics to inform investment decisions and measure feature impact
• Drive commercialization of new features and product lines to support revenue growth
• Partner with engineering and design teams to enhance product functionality and user experience
• Lead the user feedback lifecycle process from collection through implementation
• Manage product integrations with healthcare technology partners and EMR systems
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of industry experience with at least 5 years in product management, preferably in healthtech or SaaS
• Proven track record as a high-performing product manager or group product manager
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven software development, including rapid prototyping and UI design
• Strong technical fluency in web applications, REST APIs, SQL databases, and version control systems
• Demonstrated success delivering customer-first, data-driven products and roadmap strategies
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional influence skills
• Experience building and mentoring product teams with a passion for employee development
• Proven ability to work remotely with globally distributed teams
• Mission-driven mindset with superior written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, growth-stage environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Healthcare technology experience is a strong plus
