About the Role
As Group Leader of the Project Management Office, you'll lead a team responsible for establishing and maintaining project governance standards, best practices, and methodologies. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on collaboration, positioning you at the center of how Church & Dwight delivers complex initiatives and achieves business objectives through disciplined project management.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor PMO team members, fostering professional development and ownership within the office
- Develop and refine project management standards, processes, and frameworks across the organization
- Oversee project portfolio governance and resource allocation to align with business priorities
- Partner with business leaders to define project scope, timelines, and success metrics
- Monitor project health, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Champion continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and tools
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading PMO operations or managing enterprise project portfolios
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (PMP, Agile, or similar certifications preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Experience building and developing high-performing teams
- Strategic mindset with ability to balance operational excellence and business outcomes
- Proficiency with project management tools and enterprise software platforms
