GoHighLevel Admin / Operations Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a U.S.-based marketing agency serving the home services and remodeling sector. Our talent team is seeking a GoHighLevel Admin / Operations Specialist to join their Philippines-based remote operations team.

This is a full-time operations role focused on building, maintaining, and troubleshooting GoHighLevel infrastructure across multiple client accounts. You'll manage pipelines, workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting systems that power client businesses daily.

The position includes one week of paid advanced training and certification before transitioning to the full-time role. Pay is in USD, and the role requires availability to overlap with U.S. Pacific business hours for at least 4 hours daily, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

Build & Automate:

• Build and maintain advanced GoHighLevel workflows, triggers, and automations across multiple client sub-accounts
• Set up and manage pipelines, opportunity stages, custom fields, custom values, and tags
• Build and deploy snapshots, funnels, forms, surveys, and calendars
• Configure integrations and connections including webhooks, Zapier/Make, third-party tools, and tracking events

Operate & Troubleshoot:

• Monitor automations daily and identify failures proactively
• Diagnose broken workflows, missed triggers, routing errors, and data issues with full documentation
• Manage A2P 10DLC registration, domain and email setup, phone number provisioning, and deliverability
• Maintain data hygiene including duplicates, tagging standards, contact records, and reporting accuracy

Systems & Documentation:

• Write and maintain SOPs to ensure repeatability across all builds
• Standardize account structure for team-wide accessibility
• Build dashboards and reporting views for internal and client visibility
• Onboard new client accounts from setup to full operation

Collaboration:

• Work alongside media buyers, copywriters, and video editors as the operational backbone
• Translate team needs into functional CRM systems
• Flag issues early with proposed solutions

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering GoHighLevel or comparable CRM/automation platforms (HubSpot, Keap, ActiveCampaign) with proven GHL ability
• Workflow-level thinking: ability to map multi-step automations with branching conditions, wait steps, and failure paths
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and methodical problem-solving to root causes
• Experience managing multiple client sub-accounts simultaneously
• Working knowledge of integrations: webhooks, APIs, Zapier or Make
• Clear written English for documentation and async communication
• Organized, methodical, and proactive approach to operations
• Reliable home office setup with stable, high-speed internet
• Availability Monday–Friday with at least 4 hours overlap with U.S. Pacific business hours (9am–5pm PT)

Preferred:

• Existing GoHighLevel certification
• Agency-side experience managing GHL for multiple clients
• Experience with home services, construction, remodeling, or local lead generation
• Basic HTML/CSS or custom code snippets in funnels
• Experience with A2P 10DLC, email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), or deliverability troubleshooting
• Experience writing SOPs or training other admins

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $6.00 – $9.00 USD/hour (approximately ₱64,000 – ₱96,000/month full-time; varies with exchange rate). Placement in the range depends on experience, prior certification, and demonstrated skill.

The first week of training and certification is fully paid. Pay is delivered in USD.
