Frontend Engineer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology client building proactive AI-native applications. Our talent team is seeking a Frontend Engineer based in Poland to own the development of core web experiences across chat, productivity, and collaboration tools.

This is a hands-on role where you'll build complex, highly interactive product surfaces from architecture through implementation, working closely with product, design, backend, and AI engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and own major web experiences including chat interfaces, note-taking systems, calendar applications, document editors, and spreadsheet functionality
• Develop complex interactions such as real-time messaging, collaborative editing, rich-text editing, scheduling interfaces, and data tables
• Create reusable frontend architecture and component libraries that work consistently across multiple applications
• Integrate streaming AI responses and model-driven experiences directly into product workflows
• Own frontend performance, responsiveness, reliability, and accessibility across browsers and devices
• Collaborate with product and design teams to rapidly move from prototype to production

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience building complex, production web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, state management, browser APIs, and performance optimization
• Experience building highly interactive products such as chat platforms, collaboration tools, productivity applications, document editors, calendars, or workspaces
• Experience with real-time systems, WebSockets, streaming APIs, or collaborative interfaces
• Strong product and UI judgment with attention to interaction details
• Ability to independently own features from technical design through production release
• Tech stack includes: TypeScript, React.js/Next.js, HTML/CSS, WebSockets, Node.js, REST/GraphQL APIs
