Creative Project Executive

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization that is reshaping how consumers across Southeast Asia engage with financial services. Our client is seeking a Creative Project Executive to join their growing team in Malaysia. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead creative operations for a platform that serves millions of users across the region.

As the central hub for creative workflow, you'll orchestrate campaigns, video production, and visual storytelling from concept through delivery. You'll work with designers, videographers, and content creators to ensure bold, high-impact work ships on time and on brief.

Responsibilities

Project & Workflow Management

• Manage creative project intake, ensuring requests are clearly briefed, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives
• Oversee the entire creative workflow from kickoff to delivery, keeping all moving parts synchronized
• Maintain visibility of timelines, resources, and dependencies to prevent bottlenecks and meet deadlines

Resource & Asset Coordination

• Allocate and manage resources across multiple simultaneous creative projects
• Ensure creative teams have all required briefs, references, and materials before project kickoff
• Maintain organized creative asset libraries with proper version control

Cross-Team Communication

• Serve as the central liaison between creative, marketing, product, and leadership teams
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and priorities with clarity and consistency
• Ensure alignment and transparency across all creative initiatives

Process Improvement & Quality Control

• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to optimize speed and quality
• Uphold creative standards by ensuring proper review and approval processes
• Support post-project reviews to evaluate success and capture learnings

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3–5 years minimum in project management, traffic management, or creative operations (agency or in-house environment)
• Proven ability to manage complex, fast-moving creative projects end-to-end
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Notion
• Familiarity with creative tools and workflows
• Strong English communication skills (primary working language across global teams)
• Bonus: Experience managing video production or digital campaigns

Location: Malaysia (hybrid role with at least 3 days per week in office)
