About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential fintech organization expanding their business presence across Germany. They are seeking their first Sales Development Representative for the DACH market—not someone to follow scripts, but a founding team member who will build the outbound prospecting engine from the ground up.

Working directly with senior sales leadership, you'll be responsible for opening doors with SMB decision-makers including CEOs, CFOs, and Finance Directors. You'll also strategically test outreach to adjacent personas such as holding structures, PE/VC portfolio leads, and family offices. This is a rare opportunity to establish the top-of-funnel blueprint and write the playbook for future hires.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and test cold outreach sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn targeting SMB decision-makers throughout Germany
• Experiment with outreach strategies for secondary personas including holding companies, VC/PE portfolio managers, and corporate service providers
• Own top-of-funnel growth by sourcing, qualifying, and booking high-intent discovery meetings
• Partner with sales leadership to document what works, establishing frameworks, templates, and best practices for future SDR hires
• Help select, implement, and optimize AI-native prospecting tools to automate research, trigger tracking, and hyper-personalized messaging
• Gather market feedback from prospect interactions to refine product positioning, objection handling, and go-to-market messaging

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of outbound prospecting experience (SDR/BDR) in B2B fintech, SaaS, or financial services, preferably within the DACH market
• Founding/builder mindset: high agency, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by creating processes from scratch rather than executing existing ones
• Ability to speak the language of SMB founders and CFOs, with strong interest in learning how different corporate entities and treasury setups operate
• Tech-savvy and AI-native: active user of modern sales stacks and AI prospecting tools to maximize outreach efficiency
• Tenacious and resilient, motivated by pipeline creation, testing new angles, and iterating quickly based on response data
• Full professional fluency in German and English required
