About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consulting organization seeking a (Senior) Manager Business Value Chain to join their Production & Operations practice. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic transformation initiatives while building lasting client relationships across manufacturing and operational excellence domains. Based in Hamburg, München, Düsseldorf, or remote within Germany, you will lead complex engagements and contribute to practice growth.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior executives on strategic transformation and operational excellence initiatives
• Build and expand trusted client relationships while driving business development activities
• Lead proposal development and contribute to acquiring new consulting opportunities
• Design target operating models, transformation strategies, and implementation roadmaps
• Lead complex transformation, reorganization, cost optimization, and operational improvement programs
• Provide expertise on manufacturing, supply chain, network optimization, and operational strategy
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction
• Coach and develop consulting teams while contributing to practice growth

What We're Looking For

• 7-10+ years of experience in management consulting, leading complex transformation programs and business development
• University degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or related field
• Deep expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or operational transformation environments
• Proven track record in developing strategic client relationships and growing key accounts
• Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation and operational excellence initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills across all organizational levels
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing consulting teams
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel based on client and project needs
