Founding Product Manager, AI Corps

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential education technology organization in a high-impact founding product role. Our client is scaling an ambitious AI workforce initiative that trains and deploys applied AI specialists into enterprise and mission-driven organizations. This is a rare opportunity to own product strategy for a new platform launching this year, with frontier AI tools, committed funding, and distribution partnerships already in place.

As Founding Product Manager for this AI fellowship program, you will define the roadmap, metrics, and user experience for a platform that sources, trains, and embeds AI talent into partner organizations. The initial cohort is focused on nonprofits; your remit is enterprise—the largest revenue opportunity in the organization's history. You will work directly with revenue, curriculum, and engineering teams to build the product that makes this model repeatable at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the platform roadmap, translating fellow, partner, and program needs into clear priorities with a high bar for design quality across every touchpoint
• Establish and track metrics that prove platform effectiveness: fellow engagement, satisfaction scores, host organization feedback, and experience quality
• Build the repeatable enterprise platform covering partner onboarding, fellow matching and deployment, performance tracking, and the full partner lifecycle
• Design the incumbent employee training product, working cross-functionally to build AI enablement for existing enterprise employees alongside the fellow deployment model
• Partner directly with major AI and enterprise partners on deployment, tooling, and joint commercial opportunities
• Run discovery with enterprise partners and internal teams, then translate findings into success metrics, prototypes, and shipped features
• Work closely with revenue teams to ensure the product supports sales needs for closing and retaining partners
• Design and execute experiments to test product bets, using qualitative and quantitative data to iterate quickly
• Act as connective tissue between revenue, programs, curriculum, and engineering: align priorities, surface tradeoffs, and unblock execution
• Use AI tools across your workflow to compress timelines and raise quality

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 0-to-1 product build experience with proven scale beyond launch; you have taken a product from concept to commercial traction and stayed through hypergrowth
• Daily AI integration in your workflow with demonstrable examples: prototypes, requirements, and analyses you generate in hours rather than weeks
• Strong, defensible opinions; you bring clear bets and can stand behind them under pressure
• Comfort in ambiguity; ability to structure messy problems, build alignment across commercial and technical teams, and drive execution without a playbook
• Direct collaboration experience with Sales or Customer Success; you understand what product gaps block deals
• Strong analytical instincts and the ability to define metrics that matter and read data to inform decisions
• Ability to write requirements engineers trust and sell product strategy to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred:

• Background building for or selling to corporate L&D, HR, or workforce and benefits buyers
• Fluency with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hex), prototyping and design tools (Figma, Framer), SQL, and AI-assisted development tools
• Experience with talent marketplace, staffing, workforce deployment, or HR technology products
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, integrations, or admin tooling
• Founder experience or equivalent zero-to-one environment work

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $200,000 to $232,000 USD per year
