Responsibilities

We are representing a consultancy focused on the public sector, and we're seeking a Senior Consultant to lead strategic and organizational development initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Lead and deliver consulting projects of varying scale within public-sector organizations, addressing their unique transformation needs
• Analyze organizational structures, identify opportunities for change, and develop tailored strategies in collaboration with client stakeholders
• Provide strategic advisory services to help organizations build resilience and future-ready capabilities
• Support business development activities including client acquisition, relationship management, and network expansion
• Guide clients through organizational development processes, from diagnostic phases through implementation and sustainable change

What We're Looking For

• 2-3+ years of management consulting experience, with demonstrated project leadership across diverse client environments
• Prior experience working with public administration or large corporate organizations is highly valued
• Strong analytical capabilities for identifying resistance points, risks, and opportunities within change management contexts
• Deep expertise in a relevant domain such as organizational development, process optimization, or transformation management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to engage audiences from frontline staff to executive leadership
• Conflict resolution competence and high adaptability to shifting priorities and requirements
• Interest in emerging technologies (particularly AI) and their application to organizational contexts
• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites
• Fluency in German is essential for this Düsseldorf-based position
