Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential consulting organization seeking a working student for marketing and design support in Düsseldorf. In this role, you will create and design various marketing materials including factsheets, flyers, and brochures while supporting broader marketing activities. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing and producing video and photo content for both internal and external audiences. Additionally, you'll manage and develop the organization's social media presence and contribute to website content maintenance.

This position offers hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools, professional photography, and audience-targeted video editing. You'll learn to translate complex topics into accessible content while building a portfolio of real-world projects from professional practice.

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a student enrolled for at least one more year in Marketing, Graphic Design, Media Design, or Communication Design, available 16-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling during the semester. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint presentation design, is essential. You must have practical experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs including Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere or comparable video editing software.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a passion for visual design with attention to detail and aesthetics, staying current with design trends and innovations. You should be reliable, meticulous, and able to work independently with full ownership of your tasks. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-player mentality are required, along with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
