What You'll Do
- Direct financial planning, analysis, and reporting for operations and supply chain functions
- Develop and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and variance analyses
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and lead improvement initiatives
- Evaluate capital expenditure requests and provide financial recommendations to leadership
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics; communicate insights to stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional projects that optimize supply chain efficiency and operational profitability
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes; ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
- Build and develop finance team members; mentor emerging talent in financial analysis
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
- 8+ years of finance experience, with 3+ years in a senior financial management role
- Demonstrated expertise in operations finance, supply chain finance, or manufacturing finance
- Advanced proficiency with financial planning and analysis tools; ERP systems experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfort with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills; ability to translate financial insights for non-financial audiences
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving organizational change
- Strategic mindset paired with operational rigor and attention to detail
