What You'll Do

- Lead commercial planning cycles, set ambitious yet realistic revenue targets, and monitor performance against agreed KPIs for the Commercial Director portfolio.
- Build and coach high-performing commercial teams, fostering a culture of accountability, market insight and continuous improvement across the region.
- Identify, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships and major client relationships that expand market presence from the Singapore hub.
- Analyse competitive landscapes, customer needs and macroeconomic trends to refine pricing, channel and go-to-market approaches.
- Collaborate closely with finance, operations and product colleagues to ensure commercial plans are operationally feasible and commercially sound.
- Present performance updates, forecasts and investment cases to senior leadership, driving alignment and resource allocation decisions.
- Champion best-practice commercial processes and ensure compliance with regional regulatory and ethical standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record in senior commercial, sales or business-development leadership roles with responsibility spanning multiple APAC markets.
- Strong experience in strategy development, revenue management and multi-country team leadership within complex organisations.
- Excellent analytical capability, comfortable translating market data into clear commercial recommendations and action plans.
- Demonstrated skill in high-stakes negotiation, stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Fluent spoken and written English; additional regional language proficiency is advantageous.
- Degree-level education in business, commerce or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are preferred.
- Ability to travel within APAC as required to support commercial priorities from the Singapore base.
