We are representing a confidential travel technology client seeking a Finance & Accounting Specialist (m/w/d) on a part-time basis in Berlin, Germany. Our client is building innovative AI infrastructure that modernizes how travel companies deliver customer experiences through intelligent search, recommendations, and content automation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and record incoming and outgoing invoices
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Reconcile and maintain master data records
• Prepare documentation for tax advisors, financial accounting, and monthly closings
• Assist with creating reports and financial analyses
• Manage and optimize digital document and filing processes
• Handle general commercial and administrative tasks
• Support finance and operations projects in day-to-day business

What We're Looking For

• Completed commercial training (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel
• Structured, meticulous, and independent working style
• High reliability and sense of responsibility
• Enthusiasm for digital processes and modern tools
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments is a plus
