Field Superintendent - Single-Family Residential DR - Valdosta, GA position with Castlerock Resources is based in Valdosta, Lowndes County, Georgia.

About the Role

This full‑time opportunity invites an experienced construction professional to oversee single‑family residential disaster‑recovery projects across the Valdosta region. Multiple openings are available, and the role requires travel between scattered job sites while coordinating day‑to‑day activities to keep schedules on track.

What You'll Do

• Supervise field crews and subcontractors on residential rebuild and repair assignments following storm or flood events
• Interpret plans, specifications, and safety regulations to ensure work meets quality and code requirements
• Monitor progress, manage material deliveries, and maintain daily logs and reports for project stakeholders
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions promptly
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client JWTC, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the build process
• Travel to various project locations within Valdosta and surrounding areas as needed

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a field superintendent, foreman, or similar leadership role in residential construction or disaster‑recovery work
• Strong knowledge of single‑family building techniques, framing, finishes, and code compliance
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schedules, and specifications
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on safety, quality, and timely completion
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with crews, clients, and vendors
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between sites
• Readiness to begin work immediately, with interviews being scheduled without delay
