About the Role

As a Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking, you'll serve as a trusted financial advisor to regional businesses. You'll work directly with company decision-makers to understand their banking needs, develop tailored financial solutions, and support their growth objectives. This is a relationship-driven position that combines financial expertise with genuine client partnership.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market and corporate clients across the Reno and greater Nevada region
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your portfolio and target market segments
• Work closely with internal teams to structure loans, credit facilities, and other banking products that meet client needs
• Manage credit analysis, documentation, and transaction execution
• Monitor existing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for expanded services
• Contribute to the bank's community and economic development initiatives in Nevada
