Oracle is recruiting a Field Marketing Manager based in Bonnie, Utah County to lead localized marketing initiatives that support Oracle's growth in the construction and engineering sectors. About the Role
As Field Marketing Manager, you'll serve as the bridge between Oracle's product vision and market opportunity, developing campaigns that resonate with construction and engineering buyers. You'll own the planning and execution of marketing programs that align with corporate go-to-market priorities while addressing local market dynamics. What You'll Do
- Design and launch integrated marketing campaigns targeted at construction and engineering decision-makers
- Develop campaign plans that support Oracle's go-to-market strategy and drive measurable pipeline growth
- Coordinate with product marketing, sales teams, and other departments to align messaging and maximize market impact
- Plan and execute field events, webinars, and direct engagement activities
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize tactics for improved conversion
- Build relationships with key accounts and regional partners to amplify Oracle's market presence
- Contribute to regional business planning and forecast market demand
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in field marketing, demand generation, or related marketing roles
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive decision-making and optimize performance
- Knowledge of B2B marketing practices and the construction or engineering software markets (preferred)
