As a Facilities Maintenance Tech 2 at Newport Beach Country Club, you'll play a hands-on part in preserving the comfort, safety, and standout appearance of one of Orange County's premier private clubs. This full-time, on-site position in Corona Del Mar is ideal for a dependable tradesperson who takes pride in well-maintained spaces and enjoys being part of a hospitality-focused team. The pay rate for this role is $23 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine and preventive maintenance across club buildings, grounds, and guest-facing areas.
- Diagnose and repair issues involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize disruption for Members and staff.
- Keep accurate records of completed work, inspections, and equipment servicing.
- Uphold safety protocols and contribute to a clean, welcoming environment throughout the property.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities or building maintenance, ideally in a hospitality, resort, or club setting.
- Practical knowledge across multiple trades, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
- A genuine, service-minded attitude and care for the experience of others.
- Reliability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Availability for a full-time, on-site schedule in Corona Del Mar, Orange County.
