Creative Coordinator, Animated Original Series

Amazon Studios is hiring a full-time Creative Coordinator, Animated Original Series to join its growing animation team at its Culver City, Los Angeles County offices.

About the Role

Prime Video reaches audiences in more than 200 countries, and the Animated Original Series team sits at the heart of bringing those stories to life. As Creative Coordinator, you'll provide essential operational and creative support to a team of development and production executives, keeping projects moving efficiently across every stage of the pipeline — from initial pitch through series launch.

What You'll Do

• Manage calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate logistics for the animated series creative team
• Track the status of active projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables stay on course and the right stakeholders are informed at each milestone
• Prepare agendas, capture detailed meeting notes, and distribute clear action items following creative reviews and pitch sessions
• Serve as a reliable point of contact between Amazon Studios creative executives, production partners, talent, and outside agencies
• Maintain organized databases of pitches, scripts, series bibles, and project materials for easy team access
• Handle time-sensitive requests promptly, triaging competing priorities without dropping the ball on routine responsibilities
• Support the coordination of creative presentations, read-throughs, and screenings
• Assist with research, coverage notes, and special projects as directed by senior team members

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience as a coordinator or assistant in a studio, network, production company, or agency environment — animation background is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with sharp attention to detail
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a collaborative attitude
• Familiarity with animation development and production workflows
• Proficiency with standard productivity and project-tracking tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
