Program Manager – Digital Skills

Literacy Pittsburgh is hiring a full-time Program Manager - Digital Skills in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, to lead one of our adult education instructional teams and help learners build the technology fluency they need to succeed in school, work, and everyday life.

About the Role

As the Program Manager - Digital Skills at Literacy Pittsburgh, you will guide a dedicated instructional team that supports adult learners in reaching their academic and workforce development goals. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, and it sits at the heart of our mission to empower people through education. Working closely with staff and instructors, you will help deliver high-quality programming that strengthens learners' digital and foundational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a digital skills instructional team within Literacy Pittsburgh's adult education programs.
• Collaborate with staff to help learners reach their academic, career readiness, and workforce development goals.
• Oversee program delivery, curricula, and instructional quality across digital skills offerings.
• Coordinate with partner programs and colleagues to align services with the needs of adult learners.
• Advance the organization's mission by cultivating an effective, learner-centered teaching environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in adult education, digital skills instruction, or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to manage or lead an instructional team.
• Familiarity with college and career readiness, English language learning, or workforce development programming.
• Strong collaboration skills and a genuine commitment to supporting adult learners.
• Availability to work on-site full-time in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County.
