As a Brand Ambassador based in Martell, Amador County, you'll be on the front lines of community engagement, sparking conversations with local homeowners and showcasing the quality service that ARS is known for. This position is ideal for an outgoing, personable communicator who enjoys face-to-face interaction and takes pride in building genuine connections that drive customer interest.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a visible, enthusiastic representative of the Beutler and ARS brands across the Amador County area.
- Engage directly with homeowners to introduce HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service offerings.
- Generate qualified leads and connect interested customers with the appropriate service teams.
- Communicate the value, reliability, and reputation behind decades of ARS workmanship.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and trustworthy presence at every customer touchpoint.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
- A confident, self-motivated attitude and comfort working with the public in person.
- Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine enthusiasm for representing a respected brand.
- Availability for full-time, on-site work in Martell, Amador County (this role is not remote).
