Role Overview

• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing various areas of the facility.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of patient rooms, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in order.
• Adhere to strict infection control protocols and use appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure all areas of the facility are maintained to the highest standards.

Core Duties

• Regularly clean and sanitize patient rooms and common areas.
• Handle laundry, sorting, and transporting items as needed.
• Stock supplies and restock cleaning materials as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking for facility needs and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety and infection control guidelines to prevent the spread of germs.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
