Seeking a Mechanical Engineer (Level I or II) to join Halker-consulting in Hybrid (Centennial, Colorado, US). This role offers a blend of remote and in-office work, fostering a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Position Summary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement mechanical systems and components.
- Conduct detailed analyses of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications for projects.
- Perform quality assurance checks on mechanical designs and prototypes.
- Support project management in scheduling and tracking progress towards project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical systems and components for various applications.
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs and models.
- Perform stress analysis, thermal analysis, and other simulations to optimize design performance.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve project outcomes.
- Ensure all designs meet safety and performance standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in mechanical design and analysis.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
