Fachplaner*in HLKS (m/w/x)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential engineering consultancy seeking a specialist planner for HVAC and plumbing systems. In this role, you will oversee projects from concept through handover, ensuring technical quality, schedules, and budgets are met.

• Lead planning for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems, ensuring timely and technically sound delivery
• Develop innovative MEP concepts and prepare complete technical specifications including tender documents
• Create and review all required project documentation
• Maintain close communication with clients, specialist planners, and other project stakeholders
• Contribute actively to continuous quality improvement and quality assurance processes
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor implementation of construction measures

What We're Looking For

• Qualification in building services engineering (HVAC/plumbing) – whether as an engineer, technician, or master craftsperson
• Strong technical knowledge and genuine interest in building services systems
• Ideally, prior industry experience in heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and sanitary systems
• Familiarity with tendering and procurement processes for engineering and construction services is a plus
• Working knowledge of MS Office, CAD/BIM software, and tender management software
• Team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently, solution-focused, and with commitment
• German language proficiency required for this role in Burghaun
