Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating to ensure culinary excellence in high-volume settings
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and food safety compliance across kitchen operations
• Coordinate with catering and event teams to deliver specialized menus for conferences, events, and special occasions
• Develop operational strategies that improve efficiency without compromising meal quality

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in comparable culinary leadership roles
• Strong foundation in hands-on cooking techniques and contemporary culinary practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations in large-scale, fast-moving kitchen environments
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
