What You'll Do

• Supervise and direct maintenance crews conducting planned and unscheduled work on instrumentation and control systems
• Ensure all maintenance activities meet nuclear industry safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Assign work tasks, manage crew schedules, and allocate resources to meet facility maintenance goals
• Verify work quality and functionality of repaired or maintained instrumentation and control equipment
• Lead crew training on maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and technical competencies
• Mentor team members and support their professional growth and skill development
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition, and crew performance
• Coordinate with operations and engineering teams to prioritize maintenance activities

What We're Looking For

• Supervisory experience in nuclear, power generation, or similarly regulated industrial maintenance environments
• Strong technical foundation in instrumentation, control systems, and electrical systems
• Demonstrated expertise managing safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in nuclear operations
• Proven leadership capability and ability to build and develop high-performing teams
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of nuclear power plant operations and applicable regulations
• Relevant industry certifications or credentials preferred
