About the Role
As a Federal Learning Consultant at Oracle, you'll be central to ensuring successful adoption of Oracle Health solutions within federal healthcare environments. You will work directly with trainers and adoption coaches to develop learning strategies, coordinate training delivery, and support end users through their transition to Oracle Health platforms.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and deliver learning programs tailored to federal healthcare end users preparing for Oracle Health adoption
- Partner with trainers and adoption coaches to design and refine training curricula and materials
- Provide on-site support and guidance during federal healthcare implementations and go-live activities
- Assess learning needs and recommend training approaches for different user groups and roles
- Document training processes, best practices, and lessons learned to support knowledge transfer
- Travel extensively (up to 100%) to federal healthcare client sites across the country
What We're Looking For
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a security clearance (required)
- Strong background in training coordination, learning development, or healthcare IT implementation
- Experience supporting enterprise software adoption in regulated, federal healthcare environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with diverse audiences
- Ability to manage priorities independently while maintaining a rigorous travel schedule
- Familiarity with Oracle Health solutions or similar healthcare information systems preferred
