EY is seeking a Senior Consultant for Studio Marketing Transformation, specializing in Adobe Workfront Fusion, at our Stamford, Fairfield County office. In this full-time role, you'll lead marketing automation and process transformation initiatives that enable enterprises to operate efficiently at scale.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant—Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist, you'll architect and deploy marketing automation solutions that modernize how organizations manage campaigns, assets, and workflows. You'll partner with marketing operations teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement sophisticated Workfront Fusion integrations that drive measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Design and build Workfront Fusion scenarios and connectors that integrate marketing technology stacks and enterprise systems
• Lead discovery and requirements gathering for marketing transformation initiatives
• Configure Adobe Workfront to optimize project management, resource planning, and workflow automation
• Troubleshoot and refine existing Fusion implementations and Workfront deployments
• Collaborate with marketing operations, IT, and business teams to identify automation opportunities and design solutions
• Provide strategic recommendations on process redesign and marketing technology optimization
• Document solutions and guide organizations through change management and team adoption

What We're Looking For

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion (scenario design, connectors, integrations, and optimization)
• Proven track record leading enterprise marketing transformation or consulting projects
• Strong grasp of marketing operations, marketing technology ecosystems, and business process design
• Demonstrated success designing solutions that improve efficiency, reporting, and team productivity
• Experience consulting with enterprise clients on workflow automation and technology strategy
• Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts to both business and technical audiences
• Ability to manage complex, multi-phase implementations with attention to detail and stakeholder alignment
