About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential customer service organization seeking experienced freelance inbound service professionals based in the EU (outside Germany). This is a fully remote opportunity for independent contractors who want to join a dynamic network of customer service specialists.

Our client operates innovative customer service projects and values flexibility, professionalism, and excellent communication. As a freelancer partner, you'll work from your home office supporting inbound customer inquiries across multiple engaging projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and written channels with a focus on excellent service delivery
• Provide solutions-oriented support, answering customer questions and resolving issues efficiently
• Ensure positive customer experiences as the first point of contact
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver professional support
• Manage your own schedule and workday independently as a freelancer
• Work across diverse customer service projects for various clients

What We're Looking For

• Location: Must be based in the EU (outside Germany) with registered freelance business status and VAT ID
• Experience: Previous work as a customer service agent or similar role required
• Language: German fluency at C1 or C2 level – clear, error-free, and customer-focused communication in both written and spoken form
• Communication skills: Friendly demeanor, solution-oriented approach, and confident expression
• Technical proficiency: Comfortable using standard tools and systems such as CRM and ticketing platforms
• Legal status: Officially registered as a freelancer authorized to work within the EU
• Home office setup: Dedicated private workspace with stable internet connection
