About the Role
You'll be the face of our organization to prospective clients, reaching out to new leads and nurturing relationships that turn into long-term customers. This entry-level sales position combines outbound prospecting with consultative selling—you'll explain insurance products in plain language, identify client needs, and recommend solutions that provide genuine value and peace of mind. You'll work independently yet benefit from team support, hitting meaningful sales targets while developing the skills that lead to advancement in insurance sales leadership.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and contact leads via phone, email, and digital channels to generate new business opportunities
- Present insurance products and explain coverage options in clear, easy-to-understand terms
- Identify client needs through active listening and consultative questioning
- Build client trust by providing knowledgeable, honest guidance on protection solutions
- Complete applications, process paperwork, and coordinate policy issuance
- Track pipeline activity and maintain detailed records in our CRM system
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals while maintaining high-quality client interactions
- Participate in sales training and skill-development programs
What We're Looking For

- Organized, reliable, and motivated to hit sales targets
