Davidson Hospitality Group is hiring a Retail Supervisor for Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe in South Lake Tahoe, El Dorado County. About the Role
As Retail Supervisor at this mountain resort, you'll oversee all aspects of our retail operation and lead a team of associates dedicated to exceptional guest service. You'll manage daily store activities, handle operations from opening to close, and ensure every transaction and interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding hospitality. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced environment where your leadership directly impacts our guests' vacation experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead, train, and develop retail staff to deliver outstanding guest service
- Manage inventory, merchandising displays, and stock rotation
- Oversee point-of-sale operations and cash handling procedures
- Monitor sales performance and work toward store targets
- Resolve customer issues and handle concerns with professionalism and tact
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards
- Schedule staff and manage payroll and attendance records
- Collaborate with resort departments to enhance the overall guest experience
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in retail or hospitality
- Proven track record leading and motivating teams
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with retail management systems and POS software
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
