About the Role
As Director of Revenue Management, you'll oversee all revenue optimization initiatives for a full-service luxury hotel property featuring guest rooms, suites, a signature restaurant, lobby bar, pool, and lounge facilities. You'll develop and execute pricing strategies, manage inventory, and drive revenue growth across room nights, food and beverage, and ancillary services.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage dynamic pricing strategies to maximize ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR across all seasons and market conditions
- Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to inform rate positioning and inventory allocation
- Oversee booking patterns, demand forecasting, and length-of-stay management to optimize room inventory and revenue
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue goals with brand standards and guest experience
- Monitor key performance metrics and present actionable insights to leadership for continuous revenue improvement
- Manage revenue management systems, reporting tools, and data integrity for accurate forecasting
- Establish commission structures, contracts, and negotiation frameworks for group business and partnerships
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as Revenue Manager or Director of Revenue Management at a full-service luxury hotel or comparable hospitality property
- Advanced proficiency with revenue management systems and analytical software
- Strong financial acumen and ability to forecast, budget, and analyze P&L impact
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, finance, or related field preferred
