What You'll Do

• Deliver seamless beverage and food service during banquets, galas, conferences, and private events
• Set up and reset banquet rooms according to event specifications and service standards
• Coordinate with culinary and event management teams to ensure smooth execution
• Present dishes and beverages with attention to proper plating, timing, and guest preferences
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve service concerns with professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout event spaces
• Support all aspects of the guest experience from arrival to departure

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in banquets or event hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain composed and attentive in a fast-paced environment
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and carry service items
• Commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and as scheduled for event demands
• Professional appearance and demeanor
