California Behavioral Treatment Center is hiring an Autism Support Professional to join our team in Lugo, Los Angeles County. This is a part-time position ideal for someone starting a rewarding career in behavioral health and autism support.

What This Role Involves

As an Autism Support Professional at our treatment center, you'll deliver evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents navigating autism spectrum and developmental challenges. This entry-level position provides the foundation to develop skills in therapeutic intervention, behavioral support, and skill-building while working under the supervision of licensed clinicians. You'll be part of a dedicated team committed to helping young people reach their developmental and behavioral goals.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the clinical team
• Provide direct behavioral support and coaching during one-on-one and group sessions
• Observe, document, and track client progress and behavioral data
• Communicate regularly with supervisors, colleagues, and families about client development
• Foster a safe, supportive, and structured environment for learning and skill development
• Assist with adaptive skill-building and positive behavioral reinforcement strategies
