As a Senior Consultant, Leadership Advisory, you will lead comprehensive recruitment and advisory engagements that shape organizational direction and impact. Your work bridges the gap between talented leaders and mission-driven organizations that are transforming healthcare delivery, advancing scientific innovation, and strengthening educational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end executive search mandates across the Quality of Life ecosystem, from stakeholder alignment to final placement
• Identify, assess, and cultivate relationships with top-tier leadership talent aligned with organizational needs and culture
• Conduct market analysis and competitive landscape research to inform search strategy and candidate positioning
• Partner with clients to understand organizational challenges, define ideal leader profiles, and refine success criteria
• Build and leverage professional networks within healthcare, academic, and science sectors to source exceptional candidates
• Provide strategic counsel on leadership needs, market conditions, and talent trends
• Manage client relationships throughout the search lifecycle, ensuring transparent communication and alignment
