About the Role

As a Senior Real Estate Development Manager - East on Amazon's Data Center Supply Solutions team, you will help expand the physical foundation of Amazon Web Services (AWS) — the cloud business powered by Amazon's global network of data centers. This full-time, on-site position based in International, King County is built for a sharp, driven professional who thrives on closing complex, high-value real estate transactions that fuel one of the fastest-growing units within Amazon.com.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source new data center real estate opportunities across the East region.
• Lead negotiations on large-scale property deals from initial outreach through final execution.
• Structure and close transactions that support the continued growth of AWS infrastructure.
• Partner across real estate and technology functions to align acquisitions with Amazon's cloud expansion strategy.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience sourcing, negotiating, and executing significant commercial real estate or data center deals.
• A self-starting, highly analytical mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfort working at the intersection of real estate and technology within an evolving business unit.
• Willingness to work on-site in International, King County, as this role is not remote.
