About the Role

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and optimization of specialized car wash systems and equipment. You'll work proactively to prevent downtime, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure that our facilities operate at peak performance every single day. This hands-on role combines technical expertise with problem-solving under pressure—ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping complex systems running reliably.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on car wash equipment, pumps, motors, conveyors, and control systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical malfunctions quickly to minimize operational interruptions
• Keep detailed maintenance logs and documentation to track equipment performance and service history
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests and provide emergency support during peak operating hours
• Collaborate with facility teams to implement preventive maintenance strategies and equipment upgrades
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized maintenance workspace

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with industrial equipment maintenance, mechanical repair, or similar technical fields
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, electrical basics, and troubleshooting methods
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and willingness to be on-site during scheduled shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent (relevant trade certifications a plus)
