Association Manager

Bielinski Management is hiring a full-time Association Manager to serve as the cornerstone liaison between residential communities and their governing boards in the Waukesha area. This is an ideal opportunity to build meaningful relationships within planned communities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple condominium and homeowner associations.

About the Role

As an Association Manager with Bielinski Management, you will be the dedicated point of contact for assigned condominium associations and homeowner associations throughout Waukesha County. You'll bridge communication between residents and board members, address community concerns, and help these communities thrive by providing professional, responsive management.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary contact for homeowners and board members across assigned associations
• Manage communication between residents and their boards on policy, maintenance, and community matters
• Oversee architectural control and modification requests from association members
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers on behalf of associations
• Ensure compliance with association bylaws, regulations, and local ordinances
• Prepare meeting agendas, documentation, and reports for board meetings
• Handle member inquiries, complaints, and administrative requests in a timely manner

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational and communication skills; comfort in a customer-facing role
• Experience managing homeowner associations, condominium communities, or similar properties (preferred)
• Familiarity with HOA operations, architectural guidelines, and community governance
• Ability to multitask and manage relationships across multiple associations simultaneously
• Professional demeanor and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficiency with standard business software and documentation tools
• Knowledge of Wisconsin real estate and property management regulations (preferred)
