Wells Fargo is hiring a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant to drive enterprise reporting strategy and insights delivery as the Reporting & Insights Lead for Enterprise Analytic Enablement (Pillar 3). This is a full-time position based in Irving, Dallas, reporting to senior leadership and shaping how analytics translates into business impact across the organization.
About the Role
This Senior Lead Analytics Consultant role anchors the enterprise analytics function with responsibility for designing and implementing a unified reporting and insights framework. You'll architect a standardized approach to analytics delivery that ensures executive stakeholders receive timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence—regardless of source system or reporting tool. Your work directly influences how Wells Fargo leverages data to drive strategic decisions.
What You'll Do
- Establish a centralized reporting strategy that standardizes metrics, definitions, and delivery cadence across business units and analytics platforms
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact reporting gaps and translate business requirements into analytics solutions
- Oversee the design and governance of enterprise dashboards and insights products that serve senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Lead the technical selection and optimization of analytics tools and platforms to support scaling requirements
- Mentor analytics and reporting teams, building capability and ensuring quality standards across enterprise analytics delivery
- Communicate complex analytical findings to executive audiences in clear, visually compelling formats
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy roles, with at least 5 years in senior or lead capacity
- Proven expertise designing and implementing enterprise reporting platforms and analytics governance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency with analytics and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Strong background in SQL, data modeling, and translating raw data into executive insights
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional stakeholders around data-driven initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
