Engagement Advisor

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in their search for an Engagement Advisor, Professional Services. This is a remote position based in the USA.

Our client provides cloud-based clinical solutions to physician-owned primary care practices nationwide. As an Engagement Advisor, you'll serve as a trusted partner to healthcare providers during their onboarding journey, ensuring they successfully adopt and leverage the platform to meet their practice goals.

This role requires strong relationship management, project coordination across multiple simultaneous engagements, and a collaborative approach with internal teams. You'll meet virtually with customers weekly, balancing business results, customer satisfaction, and technical quality throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, coordinating with Data, Customer Success, Technical Implementation, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer transitions
• Proactively engage with customers through virtual meetings to build strong relationships, understand their underlying needs, and guide them from initial handoff through successful platform adoption
• Partner with the Sales organization to facilitate growth and ensure smooth, timely project starts for new customers
• Identify customer needs, challenges, and expectations while seeking opportunities for internal process improvements
• Own project outcomes, delegate tasks to team members, set milestones, manage deadlines, and adjust schedules as needed
• Analyze data and reports to identify trends, creating scalable engagement strategies that drive customer success
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Support to problem-solve for onboarding customers
• Participate in on-call rotation 2-3 weekends per year for urgent customer support

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing success role
• Project management experience required
• Highly collaborative, organized, and execution-oriented with strong presentation skills
• Strong desire to build relationships and serve as a trusted advisor during the onboarding process
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills that display professionalism
• Process-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage a large customer base using strategic technology
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS is beneficial; genuine interest in healthcare is required
• Passion for solving challenging problems in healthcare and improving patient outcomes

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $90,000 - $105,000 USD annually.
