We're seeking a detail-oriented HR professional with a bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years' experience in personnel management to lead our department's operations and ensure compliance with all personnel and payroll obligations.

What This Role Involves

In this Personnel Department Supervisor role at Matriz, you'll oversee the complete operations of our HR function. Your day-to-day work will center on payroll management, employee support, and regulatory compliance—ensuring accuracy in everything from compensation processing to employee transitions and statutory filings. You'll be the go-to resource for both internal stakeholders and external compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Verify and analyze payroll to ensure accuracy and timely processing
• Manage employee vacation, holiday schedules, and termination/separation procedures
• Prepare and submit statutory compliance obligations, including DCTFWeb and PerdComp filings
• Provide responsive support to employees and management on personnel matters
• Oversee all personnel department operations and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required)
• Minimum three years of professional experience in personnel management or HR operations
• Strong proficiency in payroll administration and compliance procedures
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly with employees at all levels
