About the Role
As an Estágio em Musculação intern with Matriz in the US, you will work side by side with experienced instructors on the gym floor, learning the practical craft of guiding members through safe, effective weight-training routines. This is a developmental position designed for aspiring fitness professionals who want real-world coaching experience while contributing to a welcoming, high-standard training environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist instructors in guiding and monitoring members throughout their workout sessions.
- Help organize the training floor and set up supervised exercise programs.
- Welcome and support members with courtesy, patience, and genuine attentiveness.
- Keep the facility clean and orderly in line with Matriz franchise standards.
- Take part in the training and development programs provided across the network.
- Support day-to-day floor operations to ensure a smooth member experience.
Qualifications
- Genuine interest in weight training (musculação), fitness, and physical conditioning.
- A friendly, service-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn directly from senior instructors and follow established protocols.
- Attention to detail in maintaining a safe, tidy, and organized training space.
- Availability for a full-time, on-site schedule at the Matriz location in the US.
- Commitment to participating actively in network-led training and capacity-building sessions.
