Physical Therapist – Long Term Care – Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible Physical Therapist licensure to practice in North Carolina.
• A genuine commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in long term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric rehabilitation is a plus.
