Email Marketing Manager (FitMe)

We are representing a confidential mobile app company in the health and wellness space. Our client has achieved remarkable global reach and is focused on helping people improve their daily lives through accessible fitness solutions. We're seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic email campaigns for one of their key products—a fitness app designed for busy individuals who want effective, equipment-free home workouts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and launch email campaigns using platforms like Reteno or similar CRM tools
• Achieve agreed-upon quantitative revenue targets through email marketing initiatives
• Restructure email marketing infrastructure, including remarketing flows for users who provided email addresses during onboarding
• Establish campaign foundations with proper segmentation by marketing funnels and flow types
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize conversion throughout the entire email funnel
• Implement thematic campaigns aligned with product goals and seasonal opportunities
• Monitor and maintain stability of risk metrics to ensure deliverability and engagement
• Collaborate with web development teams (via Product Manager) to request and implement new functionality
• Support and maintain transactional email systems

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an email marketing manager
• Proven B2C product or performance marketing background
• Hands-on experience with email/CRM platforms such as Reteno, ESputnik, SendPulse, or similar tools—including campaign setup, segmentation, and automated workflows
• Strong understanding of marketing funnel principles and A/B testing methodologies to improve conversion rates
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with key metrics: open rate, CTR, conversion, and risk indicators
• Experience setting tasks for development teams and working with Product Managers to implement features
• Detail-oriented approach with proven ability to maintain transactional email systems
• Comfortable working in a remote-first environment
