Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization in Offenbach am Main seeking a working student to support their procurement and category management operations. In this role, you will contribute to day-to-day purchasing activities while helping advance projects that develop product assortment and optimize internal processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the procurement team with daily operations and category management projects
- Processing and reviewing order confirmations and maintaining master data in the ERP system
- Communicating with national and international suppliers
- Monitoring delivery schedules and assisting with supplier complaint management
- Preparing market and competitor analyses as well as product assortment evaluations
- Contributing to business development projects focused on procurement process optimization
What We're Looking For
Our client is seeking a currently enrolled student with:
- Active enrollment in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable degree program
- Strong interest in e-commerce, category management, and business development
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication abilities and organizational talent
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Good command of both German and English
