Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers on design, analysis, and delivery of Energy & Utilities projects
- Provide technical direction and quality oversight on electrical engineering work for industrial facilities, renewable energy systems, and oil and gas operations
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent engagements
- Foster a collaborative engineering environment that prioritizes innovation, safety, and code compliance
- Serve as the primary technical and leadership contact for key clients and internal project teams
- Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed engineering standards and regulatory requirements
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one
- Minimum 10+ years of electrical engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role
- Demonstrated expertise in industrial or utility-scale electrical systems
- Strong project management, budget management, and team leadership capabilities
- Proficiency with electrical design software and industry-standard analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships
