About the Role

As a Direct Support Professional at our Church Creek Home location in Charleston, you'll work the evening shift from 3pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday, plus every other weekend. This is a hands-on caregiving role where you'll provide direct support to individuals in a residential setting, helping them navigate daily activities and achieve their personal goals.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals in our care
• Assist with activities of daily living and community engagement
• Foster meaningful relationships built on trust and respect
• Support skill development and personal growth initiatives
• Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming home environments
• Document observations and progress in client records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, quality care

Compensation and Schedule

This part-time position offers an hourly rate of $15.81. You'll work second shift (3pm–11pm) Monday through Friday, with every other weekend included.
